Overview

This policy explains how Actus Ventures, LLC ("Actus Ventures," "we," "us") handles information when you visit this website.

Information we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, email address, and message.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and secure the site.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies. Instead of identifying you, it counts visits with a hash made from each request, and that hash is discarded after 24 hours.

For each page view it may record the time, the page address, the referring website, your approximate location (country, region, and city), your browser and operating system with their versions, and your device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop). We see this information only as totals, not as a record of any one person's visits.

How we use information

We use information you send us to respond to you. We use technical information to keep the site running and secure, and analytics totals to improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics. It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it.

Third-party services

This site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above. Contact form messages are sent through Resend. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts are requested. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
